Before you print
The shape follows KEF's P1 pad: same footprint, a flare up to a tilted round platform, and one 1/4"-20 screw standing up from an inset disc.
The screw goes in from below. Use a 1/4"-20 camera screw (tripod type with a fold-down D-ring) with about 12 mm of thread and a washer up to 18 mm under its head. About 7 mm of thread stands above the disc, as shown.
Thread the speaker on by hand and stop if it gets hard. If the screw bottoms out before the speaker is held tight, add a washer under the head.
The inset disc takes a 60 mm self-adhesive felt or rubber disc, 1 to 1.5 mm thick, so the speaker is not scratched.
The screw position on the pad is taken from KEF's product photo, not measured on a speaker. The speaker block in the view assumes its insert is in the middle of its depth.
Print two of the same part, one for the desk side and one for the shelf side.
The four round recesses on the underside are for self-adhesive rubber feet, so the pad does not slide on the desk or shelf.
